Consent to the processing of personal data

In accordance with clause 4 of Article N9 of the Federal Law-152 «Personal Data Law» dated July 27, 2006 I give my consent to the processing of my personal data contained in this Application and confirm that all the data specified in this Application are correct.

This consent to process my personal data is provided in relation to the following actions: collection, processing, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use and other actions in accordance with the Personal Data Law, for the following purposes:

• Participation in the III Vladimir Spivakov International Violin Competition (hereinafter — the «Competition»);
• Statistical and analytical reporting based on the results of the Competition;
• Preparation of information materials, publication of the Competition booklets;
• Ensuring the personal safety of the participants of the Competition;
• Processing and registration of documents, including travel and visa documents for the participants of the Competition;
• Ensuring compliance with laws and other regulations of the Russian Federation.

This consent is given to process personal data with or without computer equipment.

I am advised that I have the right to withdraw my consent by sending a letter with my name specified to the email address info@vsvc.org. I agree that the personal data provided by me will be deleted at my request within 60 days from the date of receipt of the request for their destruction.
