CAREER:
Maria Lundina was born on August 17, 2000 and when she was 4 she began her violin studies. In 2017, she graduated with honors from the Gnessin Moscow School of Music. Maria currently studies under Professor V.M. Ivanov at the P.I. Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory.
COMPETITIONS:
The Marine lashvili International competition for String Instruments (I prize, Georgia, 2019), the All-Russian Delphic Games in Russia (Ill prize, 2018), the L. Auer International Competition (prize-winner, St. Petersburg, 2017) and the R. Lipizer International Competition (prize-winner Italy, 2019).
CONCERT PERFORMANCES:
Maria participated in many musical festivals, as well as took master classes of such teachers as Pierre Amoyal, Boris Kuschnir, Dora Schwarzberg, etc. She has repeatedly performed at concerts of the Vladimir Spivakov Charitable Foundation and the New Names Foundation, toured around many cities in Russia and Europe.
